A very limited edition made with a cacau called "FL 89" — a hybrid variety discovered and cataloged at Fazenda Leolinda, in Uruçuca, southern Bahia. This bean is the result of João Tavares Bisneto’s work in researching, cultivating, post-harvest processing, and refining fine cacau varieties. A rare cacau grown in small quantities that yields a chocolate bar with a unique and highly refined flavor and aroma profile..
