21st - Chocolate Tasting with chocolates from Brasil. 

We will go through the process of making bean to bar chocolate and understand the difference between craft and industrial chocolate. You will learn how to make sensorial analises of each chocolate using our senses. At the end you will bring home the TheCacauBox with the chocolates that we will be tasting.
