The cacau of this bar is grown in Sambirano Valley in Madagascar, on the family estate of Bertil Akesson. Perhaps the most famous growing region in the world, northern Madagascar's Sambirano Valley is known for its incredibly fruity cocoa and aromatic herbs & spices plantations.
The richness of the Valley gives the chocolate crisp citrus acidity with notes of pineapple and grape.
