Mission Chocolate, 70% Fazenda Camboa

Missions first chocolate bar made with cacao from the Brazilian Amazon. The notes of this bar are very distinct from all the cocoa that comes from Bahia, a very pleasant surprise.

Fazenda Camboa is located near Ilhéus in the state of Bahia. I use their Trinitario beans to make this 2-ingredient chocolate and also use it as a base for most of my bars. It is my most reliable bean to work with and they always deliver on quality. 

Ingredients: Cocoa beans, Cane Sugar, Cocoa butter

 Cocoa content Minimum: 70%
