Feitoria do Cacao, São Tomé 72% + Flor de Sal (salt Falkes)
At the beginning of the 19th century, cocoa was first introduced to São Tomé and Príncipe by the Portuguese that brought the cocoa from Latin America. Since then, large cocoa plantations had begun in Africa.
This Fleur du Sel is produced in Aveiro, the city of FEITORIA DO CACAO. Until today, all work is done by hand to collect only the surface salts, the best of sea salt.
In this bar Feitoria do cacao blends the intense and fruity flavor of 72% dark chocolate with the salt grains giving an ocean-flavored divine singularity to the chocolate.
