The cocoa used in this bar comes from the riverbanks of the rivers Acara & Arauaia in the Amazon Rainforest. A region rich in cupuaçu (amazon fruit), açai & wild amazonian vanilla.
This awarded chocolate has a very chocolatey profile. There are notes of hazelnut, caramel and a bit of pineapple.
