Chocolate Naive, 75% Bioactive
Naive Molecules 75% is a bioactive dark chocolate. In collaboration with scientists, the makers at Naive developed a molecular chocolate in which are preserved the generous amounts of endorphins, antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins that occur naturally in cocoa beans. This bar is sugar free.
Raw cocoa beans contain more than three hundred phytochemicals(chemicals from plants). Raw cocoa beans contain more than four times the amount of antioxidants found in most dark chocolates. Naive has found a way to preserve these substances.
Naive uses cocoa beans from Chuncho in Peru. The sweetener erythritol occurs naturally in fruit and mushrooms. It is about 70% as sweet as sugar. When eating, a cooling effect becomes noticeable. Erythritol is not absorbed by the body.
